All our products are handmade in our workshop located in the heart of the historic city centre of Lancaster England . Although an item may show in stock, please be aware that this is actually the leather to create this item for you that is available and not the finished product. When you order an item from Tinbox Angel, each one is handcrafted individually for you, and lead times can be 2/3 days or up 2/3 weeks. This allows for your own variations which are available for each item to be included, such as colour and personalisation. It would be simply impossible for us to stock each persons requirements. Despatch times can vary depending on the time of year, and can be longer at busy times such as Christmas. Returns Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
