Our ‘Vegetarian’ Breakfast Boule for Two is freshly prepared on the day of collection & can be eaten at any point over that weekend. It is lovingly made by the hands of our Beautiful Pubs Head Chefs in one of our 5* Environmental Health & Great Food Club recognised kitchens. Everything in your box has been produced with restaurant mise en place methodology meaning that serving up your chosen meal should be an absolute cinch.
What is a Boule? A boule is a signature loaf made using wheat, light rye and Campaillou flour which we take out of the oven just before it is fully baked, so it is perfect for filling & re-baking.
What is in the Full English Boule? Lightly Buttered Leeks, Sauteed Paris Brown & Portobello Mushrooms. Toasted Oyster Mushrooms, Sliced Avocado & Blanched Asparagus, Slow Roasted Plum Tomato with Olive Oil & Thyme Salt. Finished with Taw Valley Mature Cheddar.
Does it come with anything else? Yes, our boules are served with two free-range eggs, a double portion our signature brunch baked beans & a herb pot for finishing your boule when it comes out of the oven.

How long do they take to cook? Approximately 30 minutes in an oven, full 2 step instructions provided.
How do I collect? Contactless collection is from The Forge Inn, Main Street. Glenfield. Leicester LE3 8DG on Friday 12th or Saturday 13th of March 2021 between 10-4pm
